An Introduction to Me and My Campaign
Hello and thank you for your interest in my candidacy!
My name is Brent Howard and I am your innovative candidate for Nevada State Assembly District #1. I am advocating a rollback of the latest $800 million tax increases by cutting its excessive and unproductive overhead expenses and by increasing productivity in the state and Clark County School District employees. I know this can be accomplished because I spent five years as a State of Nevada employee and experienced the waste first hand.
What bothers me now is a lack of communication between our assemblymen and us, the voters. Currently, our legislators receive a majority of their information from paid lobbyists. In some cases, agencies of the state government even have lobbyists. I want to be your voice. I believe the best information to help our state will come from its residents. I have a method for you to read my current ideas for bills to be introduced in the state legislature and for you to contribute your own ideas via my e-mail.
I want to radically change for the better our legislature, our school district and our family court. I am asking for your vote and support for Assembly District #1. I am looking for help with telephoning voters, 1-hour canvassing of our district and campaign funds.
