         Clark County Assessor creates Taxable Value and Assessed values of properties in Clark County Nevada.
 
         Taxable Values are limited to full cash value.
 
         Assessed Value is 35% of taxable value and is the amount that taxpayers pay about 3% in property tax on. The Land and Improvement amounts that are either stated on the Clark County Assessor website or on the postcard that was sent to taxpayers in the mail are 35% of taxable value or full cash value or market value.
 
         If the taxable values are less than full cash value, then make sure that send your appeal on the special form that you will have to get from the Clark County Assessor by January 15, 2010
